Online customer payments (Peach Payments)
Adds a "Peach online" payment method at the counter. The customer completes payment on the hosted Peach page; the order is auto-approved when the webhook confirms the exact amount.
Webhook URL: /api/payments/peach/webhook — in the Peach dashboard enable JSON wrapper and PII, then paste the webhook secret here.
Platform subscription (SaaS billing)
The subscription is paid to the platform provider's Peach Payments account (PEACH_PROVIDER_* in the server .env).
